High and Low Pressure Lifting Bags for Rescue and Recovery Teams

MFC International's range of air lifting bags is used worldwide by fire and rescue services, vehicle recovery operators and military teams. As the original inventor of the airlift bag, we have been designing and manufacturing lifting equipment at our factory in South Wales for over 65 years, and every bag is built and tested in house.

For heavy vehicle recovery, our 0.5 bar high-lift bags are ideal for up-righting and recovering large vehicles and trailers, while our catch bags work in tandem with them to control the descent and minimise impact when righting an overturned vehicle. Our low pressure lifting bags and 2 and 3 tier bags offer greater stability and lift height at the scene of a road traffic collision.

For high pressure lifting, our Powermat range handles vehicle lifting, load stabilisation, releasing trapped casualties and the moving and positioning of unstable loads. The flat profile StakJak range holds a more stable load than traditional ovoid lifting mats and can be linked to increase lifting capacity, with both ranges available in 8 bar and 12 bar versions. The range is completed by the Air Force X1, a lifting bag built to military specifications.
